Froggy Companies is a family-based business located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, doing technical consulting since 2000, with real estate focus since 2018 as investors, developers, and sponsors. We are deliberately small, focused, and efficient. Our specialty is unparalleled due diligence and persistence at finding the best deals and sponsors. We have a nationwide network of partners and consultants allowing us to effectively maximize our reach to projects anywhere in the US, and sometimes overseas, while ensuring that we keep our team and processes as lean as possible. We currently support projects as close as our hometown to as far away as Denmark and places in between (such as Colorado and Michigan).

Jim Froehlich
Jim has a highly unique and versatile blend of professional experience and technical talent – built and honed over nearly 30 years. He understands and excels at the full spectrum of private equity real estate deals to include Acquisitions, Syndications, Development, Investor Management, Equity Growth, Marketing, and Asset Management. Jim is a former Air Force Officer with deep expertise in Systems Engineering, Program Management, and Intelligence operations executing technical projects across a myriad of Homeland Defense, Security, and Law Enforcement agencies. Long history of solving problems within organizations and operations through process improvement, better technical implementation, or optimization of resources. He (and Jake) syndicated over $40M from 2019-2023 as co-GP on multiple projects. He lives in Wolfeboro, NH with his wife and is the proud father of two adult sons and two grandchildren.
Jake Froehlich
Jake Froehlich is a Partner and the Director of Acquisitions at Froggy Companies. From 2020-2023, he served as an Acquisitions Analyst, assisting Executive Members in finding and vetting deal opportunities, due diligence, deal structure, financial & market analysis, company systems and processes. He also worked as a residential agent for a short time before shifting his focus to development and investment.
Graduating from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst in 2019, Jake’s knowledge of real estate investment and financial modelling grew throughout his time at university, where he took several courses in accounting, finance, economics, and marketing through the Isenberg School of Management alongside the work on his degree. He lives in Wolfeboro, NH with his wife and two children.
